Hi !
My name is Enki Le Gigan and i'm a Junior Level Designer born in 1999.
I first discovered video games by watching my father playing Freelancer (a game made by Chris Robert).
That's why I started playing this game, and also Age of Empire II, in 2007.
When the playstation 2 came out in 2009 I became a console player until 2017, date at which I started playing on PC again.
Being passionate about History and level design, I quickly realized that playing or working on games like Assassin’s Creed, Plague Tale and Ghost of Tsushima allowed me to enjoy both of these passions.
HOBBIES
HISTORY
I am a big lover of History, more particularly of History centered around the Central Middle Ages, the XVIIth century and the XVIIIth century. I like to read historical books such as "The First Crusade", which recounts this event from the point of view of the Byzantines.
PAPER RPG
Paper RPG is, in my opinion, an opportunity to escape my cares by incarnating someone else in another world. That’s why I enjoy playing RPGs such as Star Wars, Degenesis, D&D or Warhammer 40k.
MINIATURES WARGAMES
I’m passionate about Warhammer since I discovered this licence, six years ago. Therefore, I own many armies (which are not all painted yet). The lore and the History of this universe, plus being able to customize and paint my own miniatures, are my favorite things about Warhammer Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40k.
DIVE
I started diving because I wanted to be able to explore seas and oceans when I was travelling. The complete freedom one can experience while diving is tremendous at 20 meters deep. Some people do yoga, I prefer diving.
TREK
In my opinion, walking is the fastest way to find yourself in the middle of nature and to enjoy what it brings to you. Therefore, I like to go for a hike to discover countries, as I did in France (Corsica and the Alps), Ireland, Portugal, Belgium and Turkey.
ARCHITECTURE
Given the fact that I love History and game design, I also love architecture. Thus, I love to visit atypical districts and cities which have their own architectural style. I also enjoy going to museums and castles. My favorite architectural movements and styles are Haussmannian, Classical, Historicism, Modern Style (Art Nouveau), Art Deco, Russian Constructivism.
